Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Last updated 9 September 2026 · Thamco360, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

This page describes exactly what this website collects, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the enquiry form, the analytics we run, and the third parties whose content is embedded in these pages.

1. Who we are

Thamco360 is a 360° photography and virtual tour studio operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For anything in this policy — including any request about your data — contact us at thamco360@gmail.com or +91 70901 11360. That address is also our grievance contact for the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What the enquiry form collects

If you submit the enquiry form on our homepage, we receive the fields you filled in:

  • Your name and phone or WhatsApp number (both required)
  • Property type, approximate property size, number of floors, and number of rooms or spaces
  • The service you are interested in
  • The property location and any additional requirements you write in the message box

That submission is sent as an email to thamco360@gmail.com and nowhere else. It is not written to a database, not added to an advertising audience, and not sold or shared with any third party. It stays in our email account for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of work discussed. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your IP address is read at the moment of submission purely to rate-limit the form against automated abuse. It is held in the memory of the server handling that request and is not written to storage.

3. Analytics and session recording

We use two measurement tools on this site. Both set cookies and both begin working as soon as the page loads.

  • Google Analytics 4 (property G-4G2VQCLZDT) tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device they use. It sets cookies beginning _ga. Data is processed by Google.
  • Microsoft Clarity (project yf8jqawpr3) records how people move through the page — scrolling, clicks, and a replay of the pointer moving around the layout — so we can see where the site is confusing. It sets cookies including _clck and _clsk. Data is processed by Microsoft.

We use both to improve this website, not to identify you personally. Neither is connected to the enquiry form: what you type into that form is emailed to us, and is not sent to Google or Microsoft by us.

4. Content embedded from other companies

Several parts of this site load content directly from other companies' servers. When that happens your browser contacts them, and they can see your IP address and basic device information, subject to their own privacy policies:

  • Google Maps — the published 360° tours in our portfolio are hosted by Google and embedded here.
  • Panoee — one portfolio tour is hosted on Panoee's platform.
  • Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site.
  • Unsplash — some illustrative photography.
  • jsDelivr and Cloudflare cdnjs — the JavaScript libraries that power the 3D tour viewer and the page animation.
  • Vercel — our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs of requests to this site.

If you tap a WhatsApp button on this site, you leave for WhatsApp and Meta's terms apply from that point.

5. Your rights

Whatever country you are in, you can email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights to access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal, and the right to nominate someone to exercise those rights on your behalf. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

6. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or tracking-prevention setting that limits both tools.

7. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a tool that handles visitor data, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.

9. Terms of use

The photography, virtual tours, text and design on this site belong to Thamco360 or to the clients whose spaces we captured, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Client work shown in our portfolio appears with the permission of those clients.

This site is provided for information. The tours, timelines and services described here are illustrations of our work, not a contractual offer — the scope, price and schedule of any project are whatever we agree with you in writing. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
